Location: Trinity Brewery 1466 Garden of the Gods Colorado Springs, CO
Join A2SL for a cozy Friendsgiving gathering filled with good food, laughter, and community! There will be games and plenty of time to relax and connect. Families (including children), friends, Deaf/DeafBlind, HOH, and interpreters are all welcome.
We recognize that times are tough and affordability looks different for everyone – so we’ve got the food covered. All you’ll need to bring is yourselves and your warm spirit!
Event details:
= A2SL will be providing catered food at the venue. = Gluten-free options will be available = Drinks (alcoholic options) will be available for purchase from the brewery.
Please let us know of any additional access needs (seating, lighting, walking/wheelchair accessibility).
Kindly RSVP by November 22nd! (This is not required, but encouraged so we can get a head count.)
Julie Riddle, founder of DeafColorado.org, was too modest to want this posted, so I made this post:
Recently, Julie went to Washington D.C. to meet and to be interviewed by some important people. In the end, she and two others have been recognized and are now official representatives of Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and Speech-Disabled in Colorado!
YAY, Julie! Big congratulations to you and to John Schoder and Daryl Branson as well!
