Deaf Coffee + Caffeinated Cow at Colorado Springs Labor Day Lift-Off 8/31/24 – 9/1/24

Several people, including myself, went to the Colorado Springs Labor Day Hot Air Balloon Lift Off. DeafColorado.org and Caffeinated Cow worked really hard selling drinks and ice cream from their food truck. 20% of the sales will go to Colorado RID 2024 State Conference. We of course had some time to watch the hot air balloons! The weather was beautiful and we all had an incredible time.

Deaf Coffee at CSDB 150th Anniversary Reunion 6/27/24 – 6/30/24

DeafColorado.org and I would like to give a special thanks to Jake and Harmony Norment of Caffeinated Cow for their BIG HEART and dedication to the deaf community. They were AWESOME at the CSDB Reunion.

Huge thanks also to Heather Marshall and her daughters Therese and Liesl Marshall, along with Richard Uting and Carmela Roybel for all of their hard work volunteering for this event!

Deaf Coffee at Caffeinated Cow 4th Anniversary 4/6/24

In this video, Julie Riddle (founder of DeafColorado.org) expresses her deepest gratitude to everyone who attended the party.

There were people in cow and clown costumes, games and coloring papers for kids, face-painting, tattoos (fake, of course!), raffles, food, and a seemingly unlimited supply of food and drinks!

Both deaf and hearing communities showed a lot of support and made the party a smashing success. If you missed it, don’t worry. We’ll be doing it again for our 5th anniversary next year!
