Vaccines: Most routine vaccines for individuals of all ages will be available, including COVID-19, Hep A, Hep B, HPV, Meningococcal, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, chickenpox, mpox, and more.
- You do not need a vaccine record to get a shot at the clinic; however it will be helpful to know which vaccines you have already received, and which vaccines you need now.
- You may reach out to your physician, or find your complete vaccine record online here: https://copublicportal.state.co.us/
Insurance: Colorado’s MPHC primarily serves uninsured and underinsured Coloradans.
- If you are uninsured, you are welcome to come to the clinic and receive vaccines at no cost.
- If you have Medicaid, you are welcome to come to the clinic and receive vaccines at no cost. Please be prepared to give the clinic staff your Medicaid ID.
- If you have other insurance and would like to be vaccinated, please reach out to your insurance provider and ask if your plan covers vaccines provided by a company called VaxCare, as well as the specific vaccine(s) you want to receive.
Thanks!
