Additional Announcements about Oktoberfest

CAD has three important announcements about Oktoberfest!

First, CAD has added tickets for children (under 21) so that they can attend Oktoberfest! This ticket, valued at $35, is available on the website at when you register. Children under 3 will be admitted for free.

Second, after some back and forth with the venue, we need a head count by September 19th. Unfortunately, ticket prices are being raised to $60 on September 19th at 11:59 pm. Please buy a ticket as soon as you can! If we do not sell enough tickets by September 24th, we may have to cancel the event.

Third, CAD is looking for volunteers to assist the event committee with hosting Oktoberfest! Volunteers would be given 75% off admission.
We need volunteers for the following items:

  • 4 for Admission: checking tickets and affixing wrist bands.
  • 4 for Food: grilling bratwursts and serving food.
  • Currently, we have two grills. We would like a third grill. If you are willing to bring your grill, please contact us! You will get a free propane tank for loaning your grill.

Please contact us at if you are interested in volunteering. Thank you!

Please come out and have fun while supporting our Deaf community!
