CCDHHDB – Enterprise Branding Survey
Since 2000, our organization has seen many changes in programs, staff, and even our name. We started as CCDHH, then became CCDHHDB. Now we are CDDHHDB and also CSPD. Our Commission Advisory Council is still active.
The staff of the Colorado Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind (CCDHHDB) is now called the Colorado Division for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind (CDDHHDB). They have also moved to the new Communication Services for People with Disabilities (CSPD) Enterprise. The Commission now refers to the seven-member, governor-appointed Commission Advisory Council.
We know these names are long and hard to remember, and the acronyms are not easy to recall and use. For accessibility, we are looking for a shorter, easy–to-remember nickname. We will keep our official names but add a nickname to make it easier for people to find us and our services.
The deadline for completing this survey has been extended to November 30, 2025!
The survey, provided in both English and ASL, starts with a nine-minute video that gives more information, and then asks ten questions. Our goal is to choose a nickname by early December. This action will help us update our website, brochures, and branding by the start of 2026. Contact us with any questions. Thank you for your help with this project!
